Account Setup and Support

Hardline helps construction teams turn phone calls and jobsite conversations into structured project documentation.

Use the Hardline app at:

https://app.hardlineapp.com

Use the account provided by your organization. If your organization uses a company-managed rollout, your admin may need to invite you before you can sign in.

If your team uses the native iOS app, sign in with the same Hardline account you use on the web app. Keep the app updated so you receive the latest calling, capture, and sync fixes.

For product help, login issues, billing questions, or data requests, email:

For security vulnerabilities, follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

When contacting support, include:

  • Your name and organization
  • The email address you use for Hardline
  • The device or browser you are using
  • The time the issue happened
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened instead
  • Screenshots or error messages, if available

Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets by email.
