Responsible Use Policy
Customers and users must use Hardline responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with their organization policies.
User responsibilities
Section titled “User responsibilities”Users are responsible for:
- Using Hardline only for authorized business purposes
- Protecting account credentials and access tokens
- Following company policies for call transcription and documentation
- Providing required notice and obtaining required consent
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them
- Reporting suspected unauthorized access or misuse
Prohibited use
Section titled “Prohibited use”Do not use Hardline to:
- Violate law, contracts, or third-party rights
- Capture conversations where you are not authorized to use Hardline
- Attempt to access another customer’s workspace or data
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service
- Upload malware, secrets, or data you are not authorized to process
- Use AI outputs as a substitute for professional judgment where verification is required
AI output review
Section titled “AI output review”Hardline uses AI to generate summaries, tasks, and project documentation. AI output may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Users should review output before relying on it for project, safety, legal, financial, or contractual decisions.
