Data Access and Deletion
Customers may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of data associated with their Hardline account.
Submit a request
Section titled “Submit a request”Email:
support@hardlineapp.comInclude:
- Your full name
- Your organization
- The email address associated with your Hardline account
- The type of request: access, correction, export, deletion, or another privacy request
- Any relevant project, call, or date range details
Do not include passwords, secrets, or confidential project information that is not needed to identify the request.
Account deletion
Section titled “Account deletion”For account deletion, Hardline may need to verify your identity and confirm whether the request affects only your user account or a broader organization workspace.
Some data may need to be retained when required by law, contract, security investigation, backup retention, or legitimate business obligations. When data cannot be immediately deleted from backups, it will be isolated from active processing until deletion is possible.
