By default, Hardline focuses on generating project documentation rather than retaining raw phone audio. Phone call audio is processed for transcription and summarization. Audio storage for phone calls is only retained when the customer enables that capability.

On-site Capture is initiated by the user. It can create a recording, transcript, summary, and tasks for the user’s workspace. Access is limited to authorized users in the organization.

Hardline uses trusted service providers to provide transcription, AI summarization, infrastructure, monitoring, payments, and communications. Data shared with service providers is used to operate Hardline and is governed by applicable agreements and provider terms.

Hardline does not use customer data to train public third-party AI models.

Hardline retains customer data only as needed to provide the service, meet customer configuration, comply with law or contracts, preserve security, and support operational requirements.

Customers can request data access or deletion through support@hardlineapp.com.
