Hardline uses third-party providers to deliver cloud infrastructure, communications, AI processing, payments, monitoring, and integrations.
This page is a customer-facing overview. It does not include internal vendor risk ratings or private review notes.
Provider categories

| Monitoring | Error tracking, performance diagnostics, and reliability monitoring |
| Construction integrations | Syncing customer-authorized data with connected systems |
Current provider examples
Section titled “Current provider examples”Hardline may use providers such as AWS, Telnyx, Stripe, OpenAI, AssemblyAI, Sentry, Procore, Autodesk, Fieldwire, and GitHub, depending on the product features and integrations enabled for a customer.
Data sharing
Section titled “Data sharing”Hardline shares data with vendors only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, or as otherwise described in the privacy policy or customer agreement.
Vendor review
Section titled “Vendor review”Hardline reviews vendors based on the role they play in the service, the sensitivity of data processed, available security certifications, contractual terms, and operational dependency.
